Attendance Buddies

Every student is paired with a member of staff based on their relationship dynamics. The student’s set a half termly/termly attendance target with their attendance buddies. If a student achieves their target they earn a personalised reward.

This terms attendance reward is a Can You Hit 60 Attendance Challenge.  If students hit their 60 day attendance target starting from the 8th Jan until the 4th April they will receive the following;

• £15 reward of their choice
• Celebration meal
• 2 days of Non-school uniform day
• A week of hot drinks at break

100% attendance roulette (all students with 100% to be entered into a prize draw every two weeks during the achievement assembly and a draw at the end of the half term for those students with 100% attendance).

Various tutor awards focussed on attendance during the academic year. Current challenge is the Attendance Winter Olympics, where the winning tutor groups will receive additional funds in their tutor trip fund to spend on trips during the end of the Autumn and Summer terms.
