Attendance Buddies

Every student is paired with a member of staff based on their relationship dynamics. The student’s set a half termly/termly attendance target with their attendance buddies. If a student achieves their target they earn a personalised reward.

This terms attendance reward is a New Year New Beginnings Attendance Challenge.  If students hit their 50 day attendance target starting from the 5th Jan 2023 they will receive the following;

• £15 reward of their choice
• Celebration meal
• Non-school uniform day
• Students with 100% attendance will be entered into a special draw for additional rewards
